How you sign up for a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner in Langley is changing

We are moving to a new system called the Health Connect Registry. 

New patients who have not already signed up on our Division system can use the link below to join the waiting list.

If you have already signed up on the Division system, you DO NOT have to register again, your priority on the list remains the same. You will be contacted as soon as a spot is available with a primary care provider.
